Care & maintenance
Check your cardboard panels every few days, especially floor panels that support your cat’s weight. Look for cracks, sagging, or excessive shredding. If a panel is damaged or weakened, stop using that area of the castle until the cardboard has been replaced.
Our replacement cardboard scratchers let you refresh worn panels while keeping your existing frames and connectors.
Assembly
Line up the panels and slide the reusable connectors over their built-in rails. Rearrange the modular pieces to build again.

Your castle includes cardboard inserts to get started. Keep their favorite scratching spots fresh with a 12-pack of replacements.
Spare packs are optional. This button adds one 12-pack as a one-time purchase. Scratcher subscriptions are separate from castle preorders.
Care & questions
Will KittyBricks fit my cat?
We recommend KittyBricks for cats weighing up to 15 lb. Our prototypes have been tested in everyday use by our own cats, weighing approximately 10.5 and 12 lb. Check the opening dimensions on each product page to help assess your cat’s fit.
Returns & preorder cancellations
Castles may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and unassembled. Assembly for inspection is not permitted for change-of-mind returns. Customers pay return shipping; original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Replacement cardboard is not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Castle preorders: Cancel for a full refund before shipment.
To request a preorder cancellation, sign in to your account and select the eligible items. Requests are reviewed manually. Submitting a request does not immediately cancel your order or issue a refund.

How high can I stack my castle?
We recommend stacking no more than three cubes high. Stay tuned for future accessories designed to help your kingdom reach new heights!
Can I buy individual components or replacement parts?
Individual components and replacement parts are coming to the online store soon, making it easy to refresh or expand your kingdom.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). International shipping is coming soon - stay tuned as our kingdom grows!
Will my order ship in time for the holidays?
No, and we want to be upfront about that. Orders are currently scheduled to start shipping February 2027 and will be fulfilled in the order recieved.
What we can do is make sure that you still have an awesome gift to give that shows them what they'll be getting and gets them excited for February! Orders placed on or before December 23rd will get a printable gift card with a QR code that links the gift recipient to a video explaining what KittyBricks are, so they still get something nice from you.
Can I rearrange my castle?
Modular panels and connectors let you rearrange your castle. The footprint changes with the layout.
